Falemon provides network acceleration technology services, including but not limited to multi-platform clients, global acceleration nodes, smart routing and supporting customer service. The scope of service, number of nodes and features may be adjusted based on operations.
3. Accounts & Acceptable Use
- You must provide accurate registration information and are responsible for all activity under your account;
- You may not transfer, rent or sell your account to others;
- You may not use the service for any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations;
- You may not reverse engineer, crack or circumvent the client or its billing mechanisms;
- You may not abuse service resources or interfere with other users.
4. Compliance Statement
Network acceleration technology is neutral. You understand and agree that the service provides technical capability only, and that lawful use is your own responsibility. You must understand and comply with the laws and regulations of your country/region, and must not use the service to access or engage in any unlawful content or activity. You bear all consequences arising from improper use.
5. Subscriptions & Refunds
- Subscription fees are based on the price shown at purchase and renew on the selected cycle;
- If the service cannot be used due to issues on our side, you may apply for a refund within 7 days of purchase;
- Refunds do not apply for user-caused reasons (e.g., voluntary cancellation or account suspension for violations).
6. Intellectual Property
The Falemon client, website content, trademarks and related materials are owned by the operator. Without written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute or use them commercially.
7. Disclaimers
- We strive to keep the service stable and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service;
- We are not liable for losses caused by force majeure, network failures or third-party service interruptions;
- We are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use or inability to use the service.
